A results-driven senior executive with a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and business leadership.

10 years in Cooperative Banking, followed by career in Al-Bukhary Group holding various key positions. Served as the Northern Region Corporate Planner for the Group, in charge of Turnaround Management and Merger & Acquisition for the owner. Was appointed CEO of the Sugar Refinery and gained experience to commodities trading in raw sugar, rice, wheat and palm oil. Subsequently, started his own business of logistics, ferrying cargoes domestically and internationally. Among his international clients was Cargill HK and Kalbe International Indonesia.

He sold his business in 2010 and was semi-retired when he was offered and accepted the post of Group CEO of MyAngkasa Holdings.

Haris Hassan

Previously, Haris was a Manager in the Sharing Economy Department at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). He spearheaded initiatives to foster growth and collaboration within the Malaysian sharing economy ecosystem. His works encompassed strategic community engagement programs, cultivation of strong relationships with key stakeholders (including entrepreneurs, investors, and government agencies), and creation of resources and support systems to empower sharing economy businesses.

With 15 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, System Integration, and Program Management, Haris has led nationwide rollout of key programs such as eRezeki, Global Online Workforce, and eUsahawan, (under MDEC, 2015-2020), rollout of MyPAY in 2012 (Malaysia’s very own government payment gateway), and initialization of GAMMA (Galeri Aplikasi Mudah Alih Malaysia), a collaborative project with MAMPU.

A Tourism Gamechanger with Marketing and Social Engineering skill – he spearheaded numerous tourism sustainability projects in both urban and rural locations throughout Malaysia.

He was a Director at TAAT (Think And Act Tourism) Academy, championing Digital Tourism Project, such as "Tour Buddy" with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).

Prior to that, Zamiel served as the Director of Digital Tourism at Asianise Travel and Tours, where he spearheaded a special project in collaboration with an Algerian-based travel agent to promote ASEAN tourism. His efforts focused on developing a digital B2B and B2C platform, enhancing connectivity between the regions. Additionally, he coordinated with hotels and attractions in Malaysia to cater specifically to the Algerian and North African markets, while also identifying innovative tourism products and services.

With extensive experience in Australia, China, and Hong Kong, she has honed her skills in financial consultancy and marketing strategy. Her role overseeing overseas projects related to Malaysia has provided her with deep insights into Malaysian work habits, culture, and the intricate business dynamics between China and Malaysia.

She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, English, and Japanese, enabling her to connect effortlessly with clients from Malaysia and around the globe. Xiaoxi graduated from Moscow State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Data Analysis.

Previously worked with JD (a competitor to Alibaba) and Xiaomi in Beijing, executing integrated marketing to achieve sale targets – collaborated closely with the marketing lead, commercial sales team, and external partners to develop tailored promotional plans and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. She has managed to build and maintain strong relationships with different teams and external regional stakeholders’ partners to create an excellent brand presence. Highly experienced in Digital Management – having coordinated brand website and digital assets creations, and managed new product website and launches set up. Strongly familiar with social media platforms and content creations.

She was a team leader for Xiaomi to capture Russian speaking community – helping Xiaomi to recruit overseas talents to work on the CIS region.
